Why Choose Us

We Promise

Welcome you into a caring and professional environment. Provide an efficient service in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Listen with respect and respond to your concerns.

Clearly state the cost of proposed dental treatment in advance. Perform our very best standard of dental work for you.

No charges for appointments changed or cancelled where 24 hours notice has been given. Try our best to see you within 15 minutes of your appointments time (unless there is an emergency). Only recommend treatment that is necessary. Answer the telephone quickly and courteously.

We Kindly Ask

You attend an appointment in good time for you to complete any paperwork and get settled before you are due in the surgery.

Do let us know if there is something that upsets you. That way, we have a chance to put it right.

If you are happy with our service you recommend us to a family member, friend or colleague and that you let us have a written testimonial for us to show to other patients about to undergo a similar dental experience.

New Patients

Our friendly team is always eager to welcome new patients to the practice. We are very proud of the fact that our existing patients often recommend us to their friends, family and work colleagues. In fact, the majority of our new patients have resulted from personal referrals.

We strongly believe that good dental health is an integral part of your general well-being.
With this in mind, as well as the usual tips on effective brushing and flossing.

Should any treatment be required, we provide you with a clear estimate and treatment plan. Your dentist will always discuss any proposed treatment with you, as well as alternative options available, and will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Your First Appointment

Your first appointment will enable your dentist to thoroughly check the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums, as well as a host of other aspects of your oral health – all of which influence your general well-being. This appointment will include:

A comprehensive medical questionnaire and smile assessment.
A thorough visual examination of your teeth, mouth and surrounding areas
Any x-rays necessary to assess the hidden areas of your mouth, teeth and any previous dental work
The chance to talk through any concerns or dental aspirations
Future appointments can be tailor-made to suit your work requirements and suit you.

Payment for Treatment

Payment can be made by cash, Visa or Master credit or debit card.

Should any appointments need to be changed then we require 24 hours notice to enable the appointment to be offered to another patient.

*Missed appointment fee may apply to Saturday Independent patients if 24hours notice not given in case of cancellation.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments with our Hygienist. The full cost of the appointment will be incurred for non-attendance or late cancellations.
